88. Hate Yourself In & Out of the Classroom? Try this.
I used to be VERY mean to myself but I called it self-discipline.
Discipline does not mean speaking to yourself meanly or giving yourself the beat down.
There is another way to get your grading done, stay on time, and thrive at school without beating yourself up.
In this episode you will learn how to:
1. Chunk and chew your goal down into bite-size chunks;
2. Decide the smallest amount of time you can do on your WORST day: 4 minutes is enough. Plan it.
3. Show up and do it. You don’t have to like it to do it. If you don’t have 4 minutes, still put in 1 or 2min--you are becoming a person who shows up.
Step 3: Never miss twice.
