103. How to Ground In & Out of the Classroom
In today’s podcast I want to focus and share some of the intuitive practices that have not only helped me at school but in my life as well. This is when I turn to Francesca McCartney’s work on intuition.
I highly recommend McCartney’s book “Body of Health” and the grounding practice I share today comes from this book. In this episode, I am going to share visualizations that I use to ground myself.
What is grounding and how is it beneficial?
- A strong grounding connection provides a stable base from which I can feel safe, centered, aware and clear.
- I know when I am grounded because my inner voice is accessible.
- My decisions are clear because I trust myself. In essence, I belong to myself when I am grounded. Tune in to find out how to ground yourself in and out of school.
